Peg Cagle's The Teachers' Guide to Using the Professional Cartoonists
Index is a terrific resource (http://www.cagle.com/teacher/). I have
Peg's site listed among several cartooning and animating sites on notes
stored in a TAPPED IN vending machine. The complete selection (many
sites contributed by ArtsEdNetters) is available at TAPPED IN
(http://www.tappedin.org) On January 6, 4:30-5:30pm PST / 7:30-8:30pm
EST I will do a demo on how to access the ArtSites lists that are stored
in the TI environment (vending machines allow you to make copies of the
notes stored in them). Log in and take a tour to become familiar with
using the MUVE...TI is a stimulating and motivating environment for all
educators, a virtual professional development center( and the price of
membership is right...FREE). Peg led a discussion about her site and
the transcript is archived in the TI After School Online room (ASO). If
you have any questions, please email me directly at berquist

P.S. I would appreciate it if any of you ArtsEdNetters who have had
experience using TI could let me know what works and what doesn't in
accessessing the TI environment so I can better assist those new to the
experience. BJ
