Don't use your feet, hands are much better for this kind of thing! :P

Seriously now... the bigger the bucket the better.. See if you can get
pickle buckets from a local restaurant (they get those little pickle slices
in BIG 5 gallon buckets... they smell a little, but work great! Buy thick
rubber bands by the arm load... Wet the clothing first... you probably know
all that...
Also, try to find discounted fabric dye. I had a catalog five years ago that
sold end lots of art supplies at huge discounts. I received 500 fabric dye
packets for something around $20 if I remember correctly. I'm still using
that fabric dye... (I also purchased 1000 markers for $20)
Unfortunately, I lost that catalog, anyone out there know what I'm talking
about? I've been looking for them for 5 years now without any luck...
