Fellow art teachers!

I'm embarking upon a huge school wide tie dye project here that will
benefit the Uganda orphans (kind of like an empty bowl concept only with
t-shirts). Any words of wisdom before I jump in with both feet? I'll
be doing this with dk-12 grades. What am I, Crazy?

any tips are helpful
