I had a unit tying Leonardo and machines together. It was called soemthing
like
"machines to make our lives easier." I told the kids how Leonardo was an
inventor and an artist, etc. and I had them invent their own machine i.e.
homework machine,
houeswork machine, eetc. They came up with some great ideas.
