Re: complementary colors

i do a similar lesson with folded paper cut outs on complementary color
paper. i do this with my sixth graders as a lesson in humanity. we make
compliments. like, "i like your smile." or "your are a nice person." etc.
write the compliment on the fold and cut it out. a good lesson in using
x-acto also. unfold and paste on the complmentary color. they look great
displayed together. a great one 40 min period lesson that teaches much more
than color theory!!!!
