First, I would keep my own files for writing a book or as other resources when
I left teaching. You never know what you'll be doing when you retire. But I
too would leave some for the new teacher . I keep my information and examples
in 2 places. Anything that's 9 X 11 goes in a file cabinet and the rest goes
in a folder type with flap. I do it by art history theme ex. Egyptian, or by
artist and time zone. But I still have trouble getting it back where it needs
to go because I don't have enough space. I'd like to know also how other
people organize all these E-mails too. Gail
