It sounds like you have done more than your share of teaching at a school
that seems to be "at risk" and shouldn't feel badly if you can get
another job that might have its problems but maybe different problems to
solve.

We have to also protect ourselves from burnout which can occur to anyone.
What happens to your seniority, though? THat seems to be a problem when
teachers who have been in a district for a long time decide to move on.

Give yourself permission to do something else.List your pros and cons for
trying a new job and then make the decision that is best for you.
