Re: pre-school art

My heart goes out to those who teach the little ones. I admire their work,
their caring and nurturing AND PATIENCE!!! I struggle with kindergarten.
It's a toss up of which I like the least -- Kindergarten or lunch duty.

I prefer the children when they know how to hold the pencils and the crayons
and where the bathroom is and how to listen and how to sit on the stools right
and how to keep the crayons in the bowls and how to line up and how to walk
down the hall and how to use the glue and how to cut with scissors. Second or
third grade is where my favorites begin. I must be doing something right,
though, because the kindergarten teacher tells me that my class is their
favorite (probably because she enjoys that free 30 minutes so much).
