I've enjoyed the recent discussion on Math and art. I'm working with the
Math/Art project at ECU. They are in the 3rd year of researching ways to
increase student's spatial skills through art and math. Another teacher
and I will be doing the new web site for this spring and we are always
looking for interesting math art links.

Lily Kerns mentioned something about a textbook. I BELIEVE that Dr.
Phillips and Dr. Bickley-Green (the directors of the project) are
putting together some kind of textbook about their work but I don't know
the details.

They will have 2 different workshops at the NAEA convention in March in
DC in case you are going. It's been really interesting being one of the
50 or so teachers to be part of this research. This is the web site for
