Teacher inservice -need ideas

Hey Art Pals! Can some of you help me? My principal asked me to do an
inservice for our teachers. Apparently, a lot of them use handouts and
worksheets and do very little innovative things to enhance their lessons. I
think many of the teachers feel insecure about art (lacking ideas,
inexperience with media).

I need to have some kind of idea resource for their classrooms that can give
them ways to integrate art into their plans. I also need to teach them about
a variety of media. I will hold a 3 hour workshop for them. I need ideas of
how to do this.

I thought I might make media centers that they rotate to. Also, I need a topic
that they can reflect on and brainstorm their ideas to create a related
project using the materials at each center.

I know some of you have done this. Please help.
