I work with a Fortune 500 company. The whole company converted to
WinTel machines except; the art department. Our graphics, illustration,
multimedia, and video departments are 100% Mac. We hire people who are Mac
experienced over WinTel.
From personal experience: I worked with IBM Clones and WinTel machines
for 10 years before I got my first Mac. I had problems with the Clones
50% of my operating time. Since then on Mac I have to do tech support
only 5% of my time.
I use to have all IBM clone machines at home. I now have all Mac.
I have dumped all my ibm software for Mac except one where there is no Mac
equivalent. For that one software program I got "SoftWindows" which runs
that other software faster on my Mac that it did on the clone.
For more information why Mac is better; visit my web page:
The mac section is near the bottom under
the "Interesting" area.
