Symmetrical Batik

I forgot one I learned at the NYSATA conference this fall from Susan
Menkes...take an ordinary square napkin, have students create a design with
magic markers. Open them up at the end of class, the marker will have bled
through and will create a batik like design, symmetry time four. She had some
really cool examples at the conference.
