Subject: Winter

~Anybody having a hard time inspiring fall and winter art with the weather
being so warm on the East Coast?? 75 tomorrow in Virginia.

Yes, it is 55 here in upstate NY! Hard to believe, but the nights have been
pretty clear, so I have been inspired to go with VanGogh's Starry Night them
for my little ones. Also, the pinecone collecting is going well, and I have
dispersed many to teachers wanting craft materials for Xmas decorations and

~when she saw them sitting in a tight circle around my chair. Now I
have to get more information on Andy and he is not among my favorite artists.
This is definitely an exception and I would never do this ordinarily.

Thank you! There are days that I have looked at what I had planned, but the
class led me elsewhere, too. Now I feel better that this does not happen only
to me! Sometimes, I literally ask them and take a poll..."wanna paint or use
pastels?" They seem to appreciate this. Their input is important.
