Bunki, I don't know how cheaply your thinking, but the Ohio Hempery carries
a good line of twines, cords and ropes. Their toll free # is 1-800-Buy
Hemp. Their email: hempery. Hemp traders might be closer to you
as they are in LA and I think you are also in California. They are at
email: hemptrader. Hope this helps. My students are using the twine
for jewelly now also--it's very popular. Have you ever tried painting on a
hemp canvas? It's heavenly. Peggy

>No....not the kind you smoke. My students (mid. school) made hemp macramed
>bracelets, anklets for Christmas presents the past two years and our source
>for the hemp string is practically nil. I'm wondering if anyone else out
>there has a great source for this thin macrame string (brownish in color)
>where I could buy it by bulk CHEAPLY. It's the same thin-ness as reg.
>ivory/white string. I would be forever indebted to you. Thanks....Cya....
