WHERE ARE THE "ART FOR AWARENESS" VIDEOS AND GUIDES, GOOD PEOPLE?

Since last June, I have accommodated over 100 requests for the video and
guide with fewer than 5 RESPONSES, and only two video returns. Silence
may be bliss, but it sure works a hardship on one's pocket book! It
isn't the money so much, but the disappoinment of A LACK OF chorts'
response. Before the holidays, please look under all the stuff on your
desk and see if you have forgotten to mail back these preview items. Let
