Thanks for sharing the information about symbols found in Bigger's
murals as quoted by John, himself. All the same symbols exist too in
his murals at WSSU.

I haven't heard back from Jim B. yet. I will be sure to post when I do.
Incidentally, you were asking for lesson plans, etc. on the Biggers
murals. I had designed a performance-based assessment task for the NC
Standards and Accountabilty Commission, via CLASS of Princeton, NJ
(i.e., Grant Wiggins and Everret Kline) entitled, "Understanding
African-American Culture through the Biggers Murals", that you may be
