I am developing an interdisciplinary unit relating the art and biology of the
island of Dominica. I understand the climate there supports a tropical
rainforest and the island has a very diverse geography. The only information
I gathered of any indigenous peoples mentions the Carib Indians. Can anyone
point me at more information about them? I have tried our public library,
the local college library, and the gopher sites on the web, and come up
nearly empty handed. Also, if anyone has any art/biology integrated plans to
share, I'd love to have a look at what you're doing.
You can reply to me, personally, if you prefer. SEart
Thanks!
