technical problems with artsednet mailing list

Some people have reported that mail to the mailing list seems to
be bouncing. We have investigated and found that indeed there is
a problem; we expect to have this resolved very shortly, hopefully
by tonight or tomorrow morning.

Some of you may find that things work properly now; depending
on mail software, this may be the case; others will find that
things will start to work by tomorrow.
