Re: [teacherartexchange] VISTA

I just recently got a new laptop with Vista. I also purchased a warranty,
so anytime I have a question that I can't figure out on my own, I call Dell
and they have been SUPER at helping me...even with minor problems. I have a
three-year old HP printer/scanner/copier/fax that I have set up with my XP
desktop. I did not think it would work with the laptop...but Dell "walked
me through" setting this up to use wireless through my router.

To solve the problem your MIL is having...when the email opens up, go to
View on the menu bar, click on Toolbars, then make sure that "Standard
Buttons" has a check beside it. She'll probably only have to do this the
first time.
