I totally agree with everyone else who has advised you to be careful
about nailing yourself down to too many specifics regarding what artists
you teach, and what projects. The big picture needs to focus on concept
building. There are a million ways to teach almost any given concept.
You want to keep your curriculum fresh and changing through the years
but make sure that a wide variety of media are introduced, and any
really special ones that are not taught every year should be figured
out...where and when they are taught. Just make sure your program "has
it all" without putting everything you teach this year into your map.
