       You really need to check out artschools.com. It not only lists art
schools in the US and international, but all colleges and universities that
have art departments and their links.
       But that is not all, its lists online art magazines, forums, news,
etc.
       Also US News puts out a report that rates schools and their programs.
You can find it online for a small fee or purchase the book. Unfortunately,
the art schools haven't been rated since 1998. But it does give a look at who
was polled and what was included as part of the ratings such as tuition, cost
of living, etc.
