Creative Connections welcomes your class to
participate in the Creative Connections Project,
linking classes in different regions of the world
through art exchanges, 'study partnerships,' E-mail
and the Internet. This year's remaining projects are
The Africa School Project, which will take place in
February (registration deadline: Jan. 1st), and The
Arctic School Project, which will take place in May
(registration deadline: April 1st). Next school year,
we will be doing projects modeled after this year's
projects in the Amazon rain forest, Africa, the Arctic
and the Galapagos Islands, plus a new project focusing
on South America called 'Neighborhoods.' Registration
fees apply.

site also contains free online adventures to the
Amazon rain forest, Africa and the Arctic designed for
classroom use. If you would like to be updated about

the Web site). We'll put you on our mailing list to
receive The Connected Teacher, an E-newsletter that
informs teachers, once every month or two months,
about updates on our Web site and project information.
