brenda,
I dont know the answers to your questions about what you should submit, but I
do know that my son and my granddaughter attended Montisorri schools in the
early years and they had wonderful experiences. Have you read the book about
marie Montisorri and her philosophy of education. It's interesting.
My kids had cholces about what they learned. They picked their lessons for
that day. They also leaned alot of usefull things like folding clothes,
telephone etiquitte, etc. They were introduced to higher level things like
geometry, algebraic equations, etc. in a nonthreatening environment in the
hopes that later in life when they were reintroduced to these concepts, they
would feel positive about them instead of fearing that these things were "too
hard". My kids were also in classes with smaller class size which is good.
Good luck. I hope things work out well for your son.
