I love the Montessori hands-on/discovery theory. In practical application,
my personal experience suggests this:
1. Be sure to meet the teachers; the teacher is everything in any school,
no matter what the method.
2. Ask yourself if your child will fit into the routine. My son was too
social and the particular teacher frowned on this, so he was very unhappy
and I pulled him out.
3. Will your child flourish in an environment that does not teach
deadlines, time constraints; this type of discipline could be innate in
some of us, but in others needs to be encouraged.
Best of luck in choosing the best program for your child.
