I have noticed that there have been some comments regarding stress. (I think
this time of the year perpetuates alot of those feelings, too.) My first
"real" art teacher job was a real humdinger. Stress levels were through the
roof. Our counselor was the best. In a meeting he once told us, all we are
doing is sowing the seeds. Our job is difficult because at least the farmer
will see the crop or the fruit of the harvest. We sow the seeds and hope and
pray that one day they will sprout and take root. But someone needs to sow
those seeds or nothing will ever grow. So at the end of one of "those" days,
remind yourself - just sowing seeds, that's all you're doing. :)
