hahaha....know exactly how you feel Donald. I have coy thoughts along that
line ever since Wicca and witchcraft have been given official "religious"
tax exempt status and recognition as being a religion from the supreme
court. I mean things work in reverse too, where Christian symbols have
become forbidden, or even "Merry Christmas" must be replaced with "Season's
Greetings." I often wonder where the ACLU is during halloween when such
symbols representative of withces can be seen and are celebrated...or when
kids are taken in bus loads to see Harry Potter. It is clear and understood
why outcry would rise if we took busloads of kids to see "Left Behind" or
even the new Tolkien Christian based fantasy thriller movie coming out,
"Lord of the Rings."

Religion is religion, and if no symbols are to promote religion...it ought
to be clear across the board. In fairness to Wicca...I realize that
Hollywood portrayals or even halloween may often be misrepresentative, then
again, so are the vast majority of the television media and Hollywood's
portrayals and enculturated prejudices of Christianity and its adherents.
One fool, does not represent another. I thought that symbols or even
misrepresentations promoting any religious ideas were supposed to be out in
the public school. Would have to be, wouldn't you think...if the cross were
out, right? The whole thing is wierd, IMHO.

This issue of the skull, is absolutely ridiculous. Its obvious they are
trying to nip gang related stuff in the butt. Hhhhmmm, I have a thought.
What if gangs began to use carrying line ruled notebooks, or calculator in
their pockets as their gang's symbol? What if raising the hand, as though
to ask a question, were a gang symbol? Gee, with my warped sense of humor,
had I gang...I'd have some fun! Talk about stirring up trouble, Donald!
