Private leson fee?

Happy Holidays all!
I have been asked to give weekly private drawing instruction to twin 5th grade boys. What is the going rate? I last did this 5 years ago and charged $30 an hour for one child. What should I charge now for two kids? I'm in a very wealthy community and I don't want to sell myself short, but I'm not greedy either. How many weeks is a good term- 8-10-12? Any been there done that advice will be appreciated!
