I applied for the October Trip with FMF and was able to get all completed
before deadline. It was a lot of work in preparation and this waiting is the
hardest ,especially using USmail for references. Vivian from getty arted has
been a recipient and was most helpful to me. Marguerite in Maine

Dear Friends,
Well, I finally did it! I got my grant application off and I made the
deadline-whew :)
I did it all on-line, but I had to send the references via snail-mail.
Good luck, Gabrielle! I also applied. It sounded so interesting that I
couldn't resist. I'm always looking for an adventure- an opportunity to see
new places and meet new people. I would love to learn first hand about the
Japanese culture and incorporate it into my art agenda.
Anyone else on the list apply for Fulbright Memorial Fund Japan trip?
