need a jump start!

I need some very impressive looking, but not time consuming lesson for K-5,
both 3-D and 2-D. Am looking for the unusual. For some reason (actually I
know the reason) I feel like my students have done very little work this
year. The work on the walls has been up since October....and while I finally
have a new batch of stuff...it has been very slow in coming. And.....I need
some new ideas to mix with the old ideas.

For instance, someone last year gave a lesson about Miro and painting on
fabric! Wow...that was a fantastic lesson and the kids loved loved loved
it...and it looked great...however it took 3-4 class periods...but definately
worth the time.

Anway that you can help will be much appreciate. Those of you already on
Holiday.....and to those of you getting ready to see your holiday...<g>
