When you are at two schools, as someone mentioned , it won't work.
Somehow, I would like to have one of my 3 -6th gr for 90 days at an hour
a class., then do the next class, and so on. the 6ths that aren't in
mine, could be in music or pe. Of course then what if there are only 2,
and what about the rest of the classroom teachers complaining about
equal time, yadda, yadda. If they would hire a computer teacher and a
librarian, then all classes could have one plan a day and the teachers
wouldn't be so stressed about their schedules. With only 3 plans a
week, it's impossible to plan, prep, and get all of the committee work
done. Plus, If I want to show a video to catch up on grades or because I
came to work sick,( You know when you come sick because the thought of
doing 2-3 hours putting together sub plans makes you feel worse>), etc,
it throws the whole flow out of whack. Very frustrating.. Betsy ( PS
