Teaching Portraits to Elementary Students/P.S

I forgot to mention in my last post about the backwards self-portraits: The
hair on the back of head can be created from construction paper. The kids
also printed patterns on their shirts which were also cut from construction
paper. The learning experience became a multi-medium event and because it
had paper cutting, drawing, painting, printing, perspective, and art history,
really held their interest.
