Bunki, Would you mind e-mailing me the form also? I'm
planning to show some student works on the new school web
page. It's a first for us so I need help. I have all new
classes next semester, so I have a chance ti get the forms
sent and signed. I hadn't thought about it and was just
going to show the work without asking.
