Ann-
Here's what I have saved in my "art" file.
I went to Judy's "for-kids" site Tuesday nite (it worked) and adapted what I needed from the Stamford site.
I haven't had the time to check all the other sites, but hope to.
Thanks much to Judy for organizing it all!

I found a couple more good ones using Vivisimo instead of Google:

Know Your Art (I am going to try this as a homework assignment):

I just sent a "test" of Know Your Art to me at school to see how it works.
My students cannot send it to me via e-mail at school.
Let me know if you come across any other online interactive lessons (where
students can email answers to their teacher) like this..... If "stuff" is
already online there is no need to create anything new. I have lots of
interactive sites listed on my "Just for Kids" page:

I was just looking for a good site for "Principles of Design"....
Please let me know of any good sites you have found for teaching design
principles --- There are WAY too many out there for me to keep looking. --
I found enough to show how learning design principles bridges all art
related careers.
