Yes, I'm very busy too. I do have the support of 12 other art teachers in our district. We each hang about 7 pieces of artwork just before the board meeting. We also each choose one strong piece of artwork to copy and give to each board member. You must be overwhelmed. If your administrator doesn't appreciate all the work you do then he/she is crazy.
Perhaps a few parents could help you. I've found that parent and community support goes a long way and is worth the extra time.
