Hi Jill,

See that union rep anyway. Your principal is bullying you even further
with this (divide and torture) tactic. You are paying good money to be
represented; you are recognized as an employee of the district. Are they
paying you any less because you are an art teacher? That would be illegal.
Use all the resources you can to stand up to harassment. Keep all actions
and conversations documented.
