for painitngs:
1. put painitngs on fdrying rack.
2. collect materials: i keep my tempera paints pre poured- 8 in a handled
cleaning caddy- in yogurt cups w/ lids. (r,o,y,g,b,v,brown, white)
kids each have a water can @ their table. Have them "pre-rinse"
brushes by ribbing them on bottom of can.
Have a child from each table bring the cadddies and cans up to you at
class' end. You dump the water in the sionk and transfer all brushes to a new
can w/ hot water so they will soak while kids are washing hands.
3. one sink- this is problematic !!!! Siuuggestions- refresh water cans and
give them paper towels to wash at table, or "pre rinse" hands- or use baby
wipes.....or call them up 2 at a time to sink to wash hands. Stay at sink to
monitor or they'll play w/ water...
just my thoughts on this
