I cry for you too. Just from your posts, I can tell you are a caring,
creative teacher. But let me tell you, you're are better off leaving. I
stayed in a situation with an abusive boss that almost made me have a nervous
breakdown. I stayed too long out of loyalty to the children. It's not worth
it to lose yourself. You will find a situation in a district that
appreciates you. I did. Good luck. I know things will be better for you.
