Well at least you have a budget so that your supplies arrive when school starts.  In Texas, or at least in my district we cannot order until our budget is approved (mid-September) and we do not get supplies until October or sometimes November.  Try starting school without any supplies!!!!  Also we cannot use the fax machine at school so all orders have to be quoted by snail mail.  I am Fine Arts Chair and I dread the opening of school.  Last summer I received my summer school supplies on the last day of school!!!!
