NOOO-OOOO0000!!! You should never follow their "Remove" or "Unsubscribe"
instructions!! It's a trap that verifies yours is a legitimate
address. You should open all the headers on the message, copy and paste
them, and send them to the ISP (the real one will be embedded in the
headers, not in the address line), and, in the case of kiddie porn, the
FBI.
