My order for next year was due a month ago! Nothing like coming back to
school in September and doing next year's order the first week of November.
Aaahhh!

BUDGETS!!!!!!!
Oh how I hate the process. But, I'm glad to hear Sax is coming out earlier.
Although still too late for me.
Don't know about other schools, but my budget is always due at this time of
the year. It's a constant hassle because the suppliers catalogues usually
don't arrive until January or February.
I try to allow for inflationary increases, but with a school board that
examines my every penny it becomes difficult. The budget is determined in
now, although I don't actually make the purchase orders until May or June.
Then I have to go back and enter new catalogue numbers and prices. The bid
is not a problem. it's the stuff I need that is not bid on.

Thank you Sax for trying to get to us a little earlier.

Patty
