One rule of thumb is to NOT reply to the email at the bottom of the =
page, to remove you from the list ie:(If you do not wish to receive =
future mailings)=20
The way some bulk emailing programs work is they are sent to random =
email addresses that are pretty much randomly generated.

Replying to the "remove me from your list" validates your email address =
to the bulk mailer.
Some of the 'known' company emails you get might be ok, but to =
porn/sales bulk mailers, it's a risk to say "take me off your list", as =
it may just lead to more bulk mail down the road, as you have validated =
your address!

Just a friendly tip from the techguy.

scroll to the bottom and see if there is a button that says =
unsubscribe. I did that with all of the ones that had that button and =
they stopped. Maybe this will take care of some.
