Hey - I have been on this list for a long time, but have never written.
Thank you to all of you who participate actively, I appreciate all the
wonderful ideas.
I have a simple request, that is not really art related, per se. I guess
I feel that everything is related to art in some way, and so therefore
this is, too.
I have a student who is writing a research paper about gay marriages for
another class. She has polled students in our small, rural school and
while we were talking about it, she said it would be interesting to
compare her results with results from other urban, suburban and rural
schools. My question is, do any of you have a student who might be
willing to poll you school and send us the results? The question she is
asking is simply for or against gay marriages, no inbetween/undecided.
She has been careful to ask people away from their peer groups, ie
during class or when they are alone, etc. She is also keeping track of
male and female responses.

Please include an estimate of the size of the school and whether it is
urban, suburban or rural.
It really would be interesting to see how we 'fit' with the rest of the
