Does anyone have any tried and tested aesthetic debate topics? I am looking
for some fiery thought provoking topics to use with HS students. We are
reviewing for the final during the next two weeks....We have to have a 3 hour
final, and I don't want the last few weeks to be boring repetition and review
and drill etc. We are doing portfolio reflections, and I would like to do a
debate or two! I would like to have some interesting debates since I didn't
get to that anyway. I would like to really get a passionate debate
going..."Computer-generated art is less creative than painting or drawing."
or..."Classic movies should not be colorized" or......something more along
the lines of Giuliani trying to shut down the Brooklyn Museum!! Do you have
anything more exciting??! Thanks in advance!
