At my school we've got such a wall. We invested in several large, matted
simple black frames and insert student work, rotated on a monthly (or so)
basis. Obviously, not each child can have his/her work displayed each month
so we try to ask teachers to submit a few good pieces from different
students...they try to make sure everyone gets a chance to have his/her work
displayed - we refer to it as the Art Gallery and when the student's work is
featured a note is sent home (almost like a mini certificate) congratulating
them, with a blurb on the bottom that "works can be viewed on such n' such
days between such n' such times" so that parents/grandparents, etc. can see
the projects. D
