My 5th grade has tons of prints from a Japanese printmaking unit. We're using
them to make underwater scene collages. We are ready to start gluing the print
collages together, but I'm not sure what kind of glue to use. We printed on
everything from a thin soft paper to construction paper to copy paper to
newsprint. I have glue sticks, but I know that glue stick tends to dry out
and the papers unstick after a while. Elmer's school glue might wrinkle
stuff up too much, or soak into construction paper w/o sticking anything. I
could get rubber cement, but it stinks. I have acrylic medium by the jar that
says it can be use as an adhesive-- have you ever use that? Or is there some
kind of glue that I could buy that would be good?
