I sometimes get a wonderful stained glass effect by using tissue paper. I
thin white glue half with water, brush it onto clear plastic wrap, and lay
tissue shapes into the glue. Then I brush glue over. The tissue shapes
should overlap. Let it dry overnight and peel the plastic wrap off. The
tissue will be shiney, and look like stained glass.
