I have a quick question about liquid starch. I am going to a new school
this year and in my cleaning out of the art room, I have come across about
20 bottles of starch. I though this was a good opportunity to do some
things I've read about using it, like marbling, but as I lifted up a
bottle to clean the shelf, it crumbled in my hands (what a mess! starch
and crumbled plastic all over the floor). So anyway, I think these bottles
are VERY old - and my question is this: do you know if liquid starch has a
shelf life? And what is the consistency supposed to be like? These seem
sort of lumpy.
