Re: creationism vs. evolutionism / where's the art???

Why is this arts group talking religion? It's supposed to be about art.
But since it was brought up I will interject my .02 worth.
As teachers, you should be teaching students to think creatively and to
solve problems. Creationism does not do that. It says, "Let me think for
you." If that is the direction of education then we might as well close up
all the schools. Nobody needs to think anymore. All the answers are in
one book.
As with the clip art discussion; my opinion is the same. If you rely on
one tool to fix everything, you will eventually encounter something you can
not fix.
Education should be about providing many tools; not one.

Just one thought out opinion.
