Re:Kansas's dilemma

I heard about the Kansas / evolution issue on the way home from my
agriculture job, and one of my first thoughts (besides assuming Oklahoma
will be next) was - that's sure going to make animal husbandry a little
tricky! (not to mention Geology) and even art history! The creationists'
time-line of history is so short. What is the best procedure when you're
teaching early Egypt and some kid announces "my mom says you can't say it's
that old"?

It made me wonder how many of the people who voted had actually read Darwin.
They really picked some winners to be interviewed on NPR. Kansas deserves
