What about doing lessons about graffiti, and pull in artists such as Keith
Haring and Basquiat?? I find that kids are really intrigued about this art
form. Bright colors, expressive. You could also maybe correlate music and its
role?? Have you seen the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame web site? They have got
some really great lesson ideas with music. Just a thought. Hope it helps!
